YO!  Sorry for the hiatus, but I just got back from the Philippines.  Chillin’ hard.

Back to business…. these are some shots from the ancient watertown of Suzhou, China.  From my last post you can see I had to follow a Russian delegation around for a week and half… well, their trip ended in Suzhou, so I got some much needed free time to go out and shoot my own thang.  Holla!

As I mentioned in my last post, I had to follow (and capture) a Russian delegation from Moscow’s Skolkovo business school, on their Executive Exchange program through 3 Chinese cities.  They were a real riot… to say the very least.  The 9-day trip was a packed agenda of visiting companies, government institutions, meetings with high-level executives as well as cultural walks and landmarks.  This is a “best of” selection of the images taken during that trip.

Companies/government institutions visited: Lianhua Group, China Telecom, Huiyuan Juices, Metersbonwe, Zendai Group, Frog Design, Science & Innovation Center, Lenovo, Geely, Xizi Group, Cybernaut Captail Management, Alibaba, Suzhou Government Industrial Park, Suzhou Venture Group, Silikron, Innolight Technologies and Snail Game.

For a while I’ve been meaning to hit up the Suzhou Creek artist area and the infamous Moganshan Road (“the graffiti street of Shanghai”). 

So after work on Monday I did exactly that, although rather obviously by then all the galleries and shops had long been closed down, so another visit will have to be made… but at least I got some good flix!
